Hi, I’m so glad you’re here!

I’m a therapist (PLPC, NCC) with a background in clinical mental health and experience across hospitals, schools, private practice, and nonprofit spaces. My work is grounded in evidence-based care and in a deep respect for the kind of trust it takes to let someone into your inner world.

In learning and practicing this work, I’ve had countless moments where something important finally made sense. And in these moments, my immediate thought was how long I had gone without it.

That’s part of what led to Your Therapist’s Notebook.

This space is where I share reflections, tools, and ideas from my training and clinical work in a way that feels open, grounded, and accessible. I aim to step out of heavy jargon and into language that actually meets people where they are—without losing the nuance or integrity of the work.

It’s for anyone who is trying to understand themselves a little more clearly. For those doing the quiet, ongoing work of healing. For people who are curious, overwhelmed, growing, or simply looking for language that helps things inside finally feel nameable.

You are truly welcome here to come as you are, read freely, and take what supports you.

Notes from,
