Guided Meditation

I want to share with you guys a few meditation podcasts and playlists that I really enjoy.


1. Natural Meditation Podcast

Stephan Wormland is a clinical psychologist trained in Gestalt Therapy and teaches Buddhist meditation in Europe. I love his podcast because the voices are always very soothing and the topics are unique.

2. Ten Percent Happier Podcast

Dan Harris created this podcast as a way of communicating his past skepticism and current belief in meditation. I love his podcast because he and his guest speakers bring up important and relatable experiences. I also really enjoy that the episodes aren’t very long and include guided meditations.

3. Peaceful Meditation Playlist

This playlist is great for meditation, yoga, and even sleeping. It is so soothing and has a custom order for the songs that makes the whole playlist super easy to enjoy, no matter what you are doing.

4. Tibetan Bowls Playlist

First off, I love the sound and frequency of Tibetan bowl music. This playlist pairs perfectly with some freshly lit incense and meditation. I definitely recommend this playlist to anyone who doesn’t find comfort in the nature sounds meditation playlists.
